Overview
The Mexican Football Federation (Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, FMF) is the governing body of football in Mexico. Its jurisdiction is the Mexico national team; which include the Liga MX (Mexico’s top league) and all affiliated amateur sectors.
These are interesting and exciting times at Club América. Most recently, the team won its 15th Liga MX title to further cement their place as one of Mexico’s most successful football clubs.

Recent Developments
In recent years, the FMF has undergone major changes and faced significant difficulties. Some important milestones include.
- Demise in leadership: The federation has suffered from a demise of leaders that led to improve governance and transparency.

Challenges and Opportunities
The FMF is trying to address challenges like enhancing governance, fighting corruption and having a more competitive national team.
